What we collect

Only what you send us. If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, work email, your message and any file you choose to attach. If you accept analytics cookies we also receive anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver a project. Analytics data is used only to improve the website. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for automated decision making.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer it and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@standform.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
