The stand comes back from the dismantle and is checked against the inventory.

Common questions.

Yes, provided we can inspect it and produce a component inventory. Without an inventory, storage is just a warehouse and the value is lost.

That depends on how it was specified. A stand built on a frame system with reuse in mind can usually be reconfigured. A one-off bespoke build often cannot.

They are identified after each show, then repaired or replaced before the stand is stored. Finding damage in the hall on a build day is the expensive way to discover it.
