All text, images, layout and code on this site belong to Standform or are used with permission. The beMatrix name and marks belong to their owner and are used to describe the system we build with.

Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. Specifications, timings and costs for any project are confirmed in a written proposal, not on this website.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A project begins only once a written proposal is accepted in writing by both parties.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
